The hotel is conveniently located right behind SM Lanang in Davao City, with an access bridge connecting directly to the mall for guests. The rooms may need some updating and were a bit pricey. However, the service was attentive to requests, and the staff were accommodating. The dining experience was not the best compared to other top hotels in Davao.

The service was top-notch, very accommodating and kind, going above and beyond to assist us. The dining experience offered superb selections of local and international cuisine, although some chafing dishes were empty during breakfast. The location score was high, given its proximity to SM Lanang and Abreeza, making it convenient for both work and leisure trips.
